We want to know about you! Tell us about your background.
Hey! I'm Cole! I'm a systems + operations strategist who, for the past 18+ years, has been creating solutions for businesses to grow their impact, have greater success, and create next-level customer experiences. I am an optimistic gal who loves to hop in the car and drive aimlessly while sipping on an iced coffee. Systems have always come easy to me. If you were to tell me "we're here, but we want to get to there" my brain immediately sees the roadmap of how to get there, and I'm ready to jump right into making it a reality. My core values are integrity + honesty, innovation + collaboration, optimism, and diversity + inclusion. I really believe we should always be striving to make true connections, and never just chasing the next sale. We should be lifting others while we climb and giving first always.

I work with online entrepreneurs to create customized, done-for-you automated solutions. I want to create amazing experiences not just for your customers, but for YOU as well!
What made you decide to start a business?
It was really a matter of right time, right place, right people, and being asked the right question. Blue Jeans Boss just kinda happened 🤓. Once it did, I was addicted! I fell in love with the entrepreneurial journey and the impact I was able to bring to the success of other businesses.
What advice would you give to a new entrepreneur?
You do not have to know everything. Asking someone else to do the things you're not great at, or don't love doing, does not make you any less great at what you do. Also, as much as even I wanted them, we really don't need ALL.THE.THINGS when we first get started. Just focus on getting the customers/clients, the rest can come as you grow.
What has been the most challenging part of running a business?
Consistently believing "I got this." This is not an easy path to take, and often we feel so alone in the entrepreneurial journey, that it's hard to see that even when you feel like you're not moving forward, you are. We have to believe in ourselves first and foremost and that's not always easy.
What about your business makes you most excited? What is your biggest accomplishment to date?
I LOVE being the supporting role in lifting other businesses up into their greatness. There are so many beautiful business owners that are here to make such a great impact, be it big or small, and I want to see them all succeed!
What is a common misconception about your work?
That automation, systems, and processes remove the personalization that a business owner has worked hard to curate and cultivate in their business. The reality is that it's actually great at maintaining, and often enhancing, that high-end experience for them.
